About Us

EnergyGrade was launched as part of The Grid’s LL97 Toolkit to support building owners and operators in New York City in better complying with the new LL97 regulations. 

Participants strategized on how to break barriers on projects and use this policy change to benefit the commercialization of buildings tech in and with the New York market.
